Golf shoe specialist receives international honour for active environmental protection.

For the first time the fair Munich GmbH presented a pure product competition for the golf industry at the golf Europe 2007. An international jury chooses the winners in 4 categories among 89 nominated products from 43 brands.

Aside from the pure functional aspects also design, innovation and applicability had played their part in the choice of the winning Products. Among high level competitors the British golf shoe specialist HITEC placed a brilliant second in his category for its Terra Active Enviro.

With this HI-TEC was honoured for its active care for the environment on golf course: The Enviro steps on to absolutely new path with its environment compatibility on golf course, it sets a sign of long lasting effects. The Enviro is made of organically tanned leather and 99 % of its material is recyclable without taking away anything from its performance and comfort. Even the sole is a statement itself, it shows clearly what it is about: recycled material.
