HI-TEC, the global based sports and outdoor company, today announced four new partnerships with European distributors, highlighting yet further expansion and development for the British brand.


Golfers World B.V was founded by Rinus Goor in 1973 and is now classed as one of the top Golf distributors in Europe working with numerous brands including Ben Sayers, Adams Golf, Polo Ralph Lauren Golf and Glenmuir. Golfers World B.V currently has over 250 accounts; including 99% of all on-course Pro shops throughout Belgium and Netherlands. Fresh from the recent celebrations of HI-TEC sponsored Padraig Harrington winning The Open Championship 2007 at Carnoustie; this is the perfect opportunity for HI-TEC to share the success of its CDT game enhancement products.


Founded in 1993, Swedish company Professional Back Up, has a respected and proud history within the Swedish Golf market, distributing other admired brands including Adams golf, Kartel, Voit, Big Max Golf and Burton Golf. Sweden is one of the biggest and most influential golf markets in Europe with over 600,000 golfers. Professional Back Up will be a key essential in HI-TEC's European strategy for growth and development.


In 1997, Werner Berzl founded wb compagnie based in Germany. Today, wb compagnie is an international business specialising in the areas of textiles, plush, bags, sports, and lifestyle, and is developing custom-made solutions as well as innovative customer loyalty programs. HI-TEC has signed a new contract with wb compagnie to distribute their entire footwear collections, including MAGNUM the globally recognised Safety Uniform footwear brand.


Italian based distributor Sports Trade Srl, founded by Mr Canins Pio in 1983, will distribute HI-TEC and MAGNUM brands throughout Italy. Located at the famous ski resort Alta Badia in the Dolomites, Sports Trade work closely alongside leading brand names including Rockport, Chevro, Ziener and Hagleofs. This new partnership highlights yet another surge forward in HI-TEC's expansive European distribution strategy.
