Useful Resources for Walking in Hampshire

 

Hampshire County Council - here you can view a dedicated walking section on the Hampshire County Council website which has some inspiring photos and walk details grouped by long distance, short distance, dog friendly and guided walks. There are over 50 maps and leaflets available for download too which are free of charge.

By Robb - Robert Byrne's independently edited blog offers some lovely photo-lead walk descriptions on 16 trails he has walked around Hampshire. Whether you are looking for castles, hills or meadows the author offers something to suit various interests and the imagery will definately assist you in finding your way.

British Walks - more than 50 long distance walks are provided here by keen walker David Cotton. Each walk is described in great detail and between 19 to 25 miles long so these would only be suitable for the advanced walker.
