No breaking in required!

Overall I found the HPIs to be great trail shoes which were very easy to wear and needed absolutely no “running in”. On grassy and stony descents the shoes felt really grippy and allowed me to open up on speed when compared with other shoes. Given that many of our... Read More runs also have some element of road, the shoes were pretty firm with less cushioning than say an Asics trail shoe, but then they feel similar to an Adidas or an Inov-8 – after all they’re billed as fell/trail shoes.
