** IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 12 noon on Friday will be received on Monday. Orders made after 12 noon on Friday and on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered in 2 working days.

Please be aware that residents from Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and UK Offshore Islands are not eligible for Next Day Delivery. Where a Next Day Delivery option is chosen for a delivery address in any of these areas, your order will be delivered in 2-3 working days. You will still be charged the amount stated for this service. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How long will my order take to arrive? / How much does delivery cost?

We offer a choice of delivery options, from lower cost Economy Delivery to a premium Next Working Day before 10am tracked delivery service. Please see the table at the top of this page for all delivery options and costs.

Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to the UK and Ireland. Different delivery options are available depending on your location. Please see the table at the top of this page for full details.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

We use different carriers dependent on the delivery option you choose.

Royal Mail delivers all Economy and UK Mainland Premium Delivery orders. These deliveries are not tracked.

Interlink delivers all Next Working Day Delivery orders and Premium Delivery to Highlands and islands orders. These are tracked deliveries.

Can my order be delivered to someone else or to a different address?

Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and then a second email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

Can I track my order?

UK residents are able to choose a Next Day Delivery service which is a tracked service. Unfortunately this option is not available to Republic of Ireland residents.

Please note that our Economy and Premium delivery is dispatched by Royal Mail and this cannot be tracked.

A tracked service is not available to Republic of Ireland.

 What is your return policy?

Hi-Tec UK offer a generous 90 day returns policy. Items can be returned to us within 90 days of purchase for a size exchange or full refund as long as the item is in its original, resalable condition (unless faulty or incorrect – see here).

This means that the product should not be damaged, dirty or marked. Therefore, please try on your new footwear on clean, carpeted surfaces and ensure you are happy with the look and fit before wearing them outside. In addition, please ensure you do not remove the tag or dispose of any of the original packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the item.


Which postal service should I use to return my item?

You can return your item via any postal service, just choose the one that’s most convenient to you! We recommend using My Hermes or the Post Office and have included instructions below on how to return your item via these carriers.


Do I have to pay to return an item?

Yes. Whichever service you choose, you are responsible for the cost of returns unless your item is faulty. Please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of your return and keep this safe until your refund or size exchange has been processed.


How do I return an item?

To return an item, please repack it in its original packaging and include your dispatch note, clearly stating on the back whether you would like a size exchange or a refund. Prior to sealing your parcel, make a note of your order number which is printed on the dispatch note. You will need this when completing our Returns 30 Second Feedback Form.

If you require a size exchange, please state the size you require. If you have lost your dispatch note, please include a cover note with your name and address.

You should then return your item using a postal service which is convenient to you, such as My Hermes or the Post Office. Please ensure you keep your proof of returns receipt safe until your refund or exchange has been processed.

Returning an item via
My Hermes

Another popular postal service for returns is My Hermes. Prices vary depending on the weight of your item and whether you choose to have your parcel collected by a courier or drop it off to a registered ParcelStore or Parcel Locker.

Follow the simple steps below:

  1.  Visit

  2.  Complete the ‘Get a price’ section entering your postcode, our postcode (SS2 6GH) and the weight of the parcel you
       wish to return

  3.  Choose your preferred returns method and complete the rest the form as required

  4.  Keep your receipt safe as proof of returns until your refund or exchange has been processed


Returning an item via Post Office

The price of returning your item via the Post Office will depend on the weight of the item(s) you are returning. To return an item via the Post Office:

  1.    Affix a label to your parcel, ensuring this covers your name and address if it is in the original packaging, and send to:

  2.  Take the item to the Post Office. To find your nearest Post Office at   

  3.  Keep your receipt safe as proof of returns until your refund or exchange has been processed


How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow up to 28 days once you have returned your item for the size exchange to be processed or the refund to be credited to your account. We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible.


What if you do not receive my returned item?

Please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of your return and keep this safe until your refund or size exchange has been processed. Claims for lost returns may be refused if there is no receipt to prove that the item has been posted.


Should I tell you why I am returning my item?

Yes please! Understanding the reason for your return will help Hi-Tec UK to improve our service and identify any product issues. Therefore, we would appreciate if you could complete our 30 second feedback form at the link below. You will need your order reference number which can be found on the front of your dispatch note or in your order confirmation email.

 What do I do if I suspect my item is faulty and I purchased it directly from our website?

We’re confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if your product does not match up to your expectations or if you believe it is not fit for purpose, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.


What do I do if I suspect my item is faulty and I purchased it from a Hi-Tec retailer?

If you purchased your item from a Hi-Tec retailer, either in store or via any website other than , the retailer’s own returns policy and warranty offer applies. If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please return the item to the retailer you purchased it from.

Should you experience any problems in returning your item to the retailer, please contact our Customer Services Team who will do their best to assist you.
