* Please note that on rare occasions, due to very high demand, the delivery time on Economy Delivery orders may be up to 14 working days. We will clearly state at the top of this page when this is the case.

** IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 12 noon on Friday will be received on Monday. Orders made after 12 noon on Friday and on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered in 2 working days.

Please be aware that residents from Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and UK Offshore Islands are not eligible for Next Day Delivery. Where a Next Day Delivery option is chosen for a delivery address in any of these areas, your order will be delivered in 2-3 working days. You will still be charged the amount stated for this service. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How long will my order take to arrive? / How much does delivery cost?

We offer a choice of delivery options, from lower cost Economy Delivery to a premium Next Working Day before 10am tracked delivery service. Please see the table at the top of this page for all delivery options and costs.

Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to the UK and Republic of Ireland. Different delivery options are available depending on your location. Please see the table at the top of this page for full details.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

We use different carriers dependent on the delivery option you choose.

Royal Mail delivers all Economy and UK Mainland Premium Delivery orders. These deliveries are not tracked.

Interlink delivers all Next Working Day Delivery orders and Premium Delivery to Highlands and islands orders. These are tracked deliveries.

Can my order be delivered to someone else or to a different address?

Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and then a second email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

Can I track my order?

UK residents are able to choose a Next Day Delivery service which is a tracked service. Unfortunately this option is not available to Republic of Ireland residents.

Please note that our Economy and Premium delivery is dispatched by Royal Mail and this cannot be tracked.

A tracked service is not available to Republic of Ireland.

 What is your return policy?

Hi-Tec UK offer a generous 90 day returns policy.

Returns are currently FREE for all UK via Collect+, as part of our current trial. Unfortunately, Republic of Ireland residents and those who are not able to get to a Collect+ store are still responsible for the cost of returns, unless your item is incorrect or faulty (think this may apply to you? – see here). If the current Free Returns trial is successful, we will look to extend the offer to all customers across the UK and Republic of Ireland in the future.

Items can be returned to us for either a size exchange or refund. This is providing that the item is returned within 90 days of your purchase date and that the items are in their original, resalable condition.

This means that the product should not be damaged, dirty or marked. Therefore, please try on your new footwear on clean, carpeted surfaces and ensure you are happy with the look and fit before wearing them outside. In addition, please ensure you do not remove the tag or dispose of any of the original packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the item.

Hi-Tec reserves the right to end the Free Returns trial at any time. Any orders made during the trial will still be eligible for Free Returns in line with our policy once the trial period has finished. The trial began on 20th July 2015 and is currently scheduled to end on 14th January 2016.


Which postal service should I use to return my item?

Hi-Tec are currently trialling Free Returns via Collect+ and we would advise customers to use this service where possible to take advantage of this free offer! Visit the Collect+ website to find your nearest store -

Alternatively, you can return your item(s) via any postal service. We suggest that you may wish to return your item(s) via the Post Office or My Hermes, as these seem to be popular returns methods. However, please be aware that returns are not free via these services and you will be responsible for the cost of returns.


How do I return an item?

Please repack the returned item(s) in the original packaging, including your dispatch note or original order confirmation, clearly stating on the paperwork whether you would like a size exchange or a refund. Prior to sealing your parcel, make a note of your order number which is printed on the dispatch note. You will need this when completing our Returns 30 Second Feedback Form.

If you’re a UK resident, you’re eligible for Free Returns as part of our trial with Collect+! Please be aware that you will need access to a printer, and we strongly recommend that you check whether there is a Collect+ store in your area before you order if you do not wish to pay for returns. You can do this by simply entering your postcode at

Follow the simple steps below:

3. Click the Proceed button (don’t forget to read the terms & conditions and tick the box above first)
4. Click on the link to download the PDF label
5. Print out the label and affix it to your parcel
6. Return your item to one of the 5,500+ Collect+ stores across the UK
7. Keep your proof of posting receipt safe as proof of returns until your refund or exchange has been processed

You should then return your item using the postal service of your choice. Whichever service you choose, please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of your return and keep this safe until your refund or size exchange has been processed.


How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow up to 28 days once you have returned your item for the size exchange to be processed or the refund to be credited to your account. We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible.


What if you do not receive my returned item?

Please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of your return and keep this safe until your refund or size exchange has been processed. Claims for lost returns may be refused if there is no receipt to prove that the item has been posted.


Should I tell you why I am returning my item?

Yes please! Understanding the reason for your return will help Hi-Tec UK to improve our service and identify any product issues. Therefore, we would appreciate if you could complete our 30 second feedback form at the link below. You will need your order reference number which can be found on the front of your dispatch note or in your order confirmation email.

 What do I do if I received the wrong item or I think something is faulty?

Firstly, we’re really sorry if this has happened! If the incorrect item has been delivered to you, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01702 561321 or email who will assist you with this.  

What do I do if I suspect my item is faulty and I purchased it from a Hi-Tec retailer?

If you purchased your item from a Hi-Tec retailer, either in store or via any website other than , the retailer’s own returns policy and warranty offer applies. If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please return the item to the retailer you purchased it from.
