How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
FREE DELIVERY: We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive.
FIRST CLASS PREMIUM: Your order will be our priority and delivery will be within 1-3 working days (Order must be placed before 2.30pm Mon-Thurs and 10:30am Friday in order to recieve it the next working day).
Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?
Yes, you can ship to a different address from your billing address.
Where do you ship to?
Everywhere in the UK and Ireland.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Standard shipping will be handled by ROYAL MAIL. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, ROYAL MAIL will leave a calling card with further instructions.
Can I change shipping address once my order has been submitted?
In order to process your order and get it to you next day we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has reached us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order.
How do I know when my order ships and how can I track it?
Once your order has been shipped you will recieve a confirmation e-mail telling you that your item has been shipped. Unfortunately you cannot track your order with Royal Mail once it has left us. However simply contact us direct if you have any questions and we will be sure to help.
What types of payment method do you accept?
We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 365 day, no quibble returns & exchanges policy. However we will not accept returned product if it has been worn outside or damaged. Please only wear on carpeted surfaces when initially trying on you new product. Please ensure you are happy with the fit before wearing them outside If you’re not happy with your shoes simply send them back to us. Whilst we won't ever quibble, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.

Suspected faulty goods
If you expect a manufacturing defect and purchased your goods from a website or retail store other than Hi-Tec.com/UK, please return your purchase to the retailer you made your purchase from where they will inspect the goods for you inline with the Hi-Tec 1 year warranty.
