Your order will be sent out FREE via YODEL.
A signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, YODEL will leave a calling card with further instructions.

We offer a 365 day, no quibble returns & exchanges policy. If you’re not happy with your shoes simply send them back to us.
We don't charge you for returns for orders placed through our online store. Simply advise Hi-Tec you wish to return your order and we will send you a link to process your return free of charge.
We will accept your shoes back providing they are in their original condition, unused & undamaged.
