Initially good but then they split like other users have experienced

Ordered on 13 Jan and received on 18 Jan. worn about a dozen or so times and both have split on the uppers where the foot bends at the toe. Very expensive boots that don't do what they should do, are not of merchantable quality, and don't appear fit for... Read More

I have passed this to our Customer Service team who will be in touch with you today. we have received some fantastic reviews on our Para Waterproof boots, so it does sound like you may be unfortunate in receiving a faulty product. Customer Services will discuss with you about returning the boots so we can inspect them. i agree with all the para reviews.they are warm comfy as anything i have worn.any chance of getting some boots with the same spec but look like casual(ish) boots? Ultimate comfort and convenience

Since buying these boots at Tog 24 I have lived in them! Absolutely perfect for slipping on and heading out the door into muddy and cold conditions, it's like a super rugged outdoor slipper and fits fantastic. | |
