Help for Heroes

Although initially a MAGNUM association; the evolution of our support of Help for Heroes (H4H) as a company now means that HI-TEC are also set to contribute.

As well as the £2,500 per quarter that MAGNUM are continuing to contribute, promoted through an emotive in-store point-of-sale campaign, we are also helping to support the Battle Back initiative and the H4H Challenges teams in several different ways.

Battle Back, a recent UK Military initiative, uses Adaptive Adventure Training and Sports Rehabilitation to help seriously wounded Service personnel gain confidence and return to an active life.  Battle Back makes a phenomenal difference to the lives of many wounded Servicemen and women, encouraging those who have suffered serious injuries to play sports and try new activities, proving that disability need not spell the end of participation in physical challenges. 

HI-TEC think that the work Battle Back does is truly inspiring and wherever possible, we provide any footwear the team might require for their courses, activities and expeditions, free of charge.

H4H Challenges are some of the most inspirational and life-affirming experiences participants will ever have the chance to undertake. They offer the chance to see breathtakingly beautiful scenery and experience remarkable cultural diversity, while raising incredible amounts of funds for wounded heroes.

HI-TEC are proud to be able to support those who undertake the H4H Challenges in various different ways, from financial assistance towards any of our Magnum or Hi-Tec footwear, to awards for the top fundraisers!
